Concept for a Five-star hotel facilities and amenities with 250 rooms offering Conference and Banqueting facilities with Day Care Spa as one of the main recreations. The scheme proposes a low-rise contemporary resort concept inspiring a sense of place, creating layers both in form as well as elevational treatment for sun shading.  The roofscape unifies the scheme and offers dramatic sense of arrival.
