Level 1 - Entrance, Lounge, Study, Guest WC, Kitchen, ensuite Bedrooms and Back of House Staff quarters.
Level 2 - ensuite Bedrooms and Master Bedroom.
The external terrace area on Level 3 is converted to provide a lounge, alfresco dining, BBQ area, and swimming pool with high current water jet for intensive exercise. The terrace dome is decorated by artists in situ with a mural complimenting the overall design. Total ID scope area of 550 sqm.
