Working under the main consultant, Client Brief to carry out full design service to all typical apartments and public areas of 5 residential towers from G +9 to G +32. The project scope consists of Reception area, lift lobby, 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments (total of 250 apartments), Gym and swimming pool. The design to be functional and modern based on New York style,
“Industrial Chic”, inspired from re-purposed neighbourhoods, with use of clean lines, texture and
repetitive proportions. Total GFA 1,200 sqm.
